What do you actually do?
We build SEO-optimised websites for trade and home service businesses. Every site is built from the ground up to rank on Google and turn visitors into phone calls. We also write all the content, schedule a year of blog posts, and include Google Business Profile setup. Once your site is live, we offer Google Ads management, Google Maps optimisation, CRM setup, AI SEO, and AI call bots if you want to go further.
Do you work with businesses outside of Australia?
We primarily work with Australian trade businesses, but our services work for any English-speaking market. If you’re a tradie in New Zealand, the UK, or the US, we can still help.
Are there any lock-in contracts?
No. We don’t do lock-in contracts. We work month to month. If we’re not delivering results, you’re free to leave. We keep clients because we perform, not because they’re stuck.
How much does it cost?
Website builds are a fixed price. You see a free homepage mockup before you commit, and if you go ahead, the full site goes live in under two months or you get your money back. No hidden fees. Google Ads management, CRM, and other ongoing services are priced based on scope. We give you a clear quote after understanding your business.
How do I get started?

Everything. We write all the copy, unique to your business. We build out 12 months of blog posts and schedule them across the year. Every page is SEO-optimised to rank on Google. You also get Google Business Profile setup, conversion tracking, mobile-first design, and training on how to edit your own content. All you need to provide is a logo, some photos, and a bit of direction.
How long does a website take to build?
Under two months, guaranteed. If your site isn’t live within that timeframe, you get 100% of your money back. We don’t drag things out or disappear for weeks at a time.
What’s the free homepage mockup?
We design a homepage prototype for your business that you can see and interact with before you spend a cent. If you love it, we move forward with the full build. If it’s not right, you walk away. Zero risk, zero obligation.
Do you write the website content?
Yes, we write every word. All you need is a logo, some photos, and a bit of direction about your business. We handle the rest. The content is written specifically for your trade and your service area, targeting the keywords your customers are actually searching for.
What platform do you build on?
WordPress. It powers over 40% of the web and gives you full ownership. We train you on editing your own content, and you can host with us or take it to any host you like. No lock-in, no proprietary platforms, no “you can only edit it through us” nonsense.
Will my website work on mobile?
Yes. Over 70% of searches for trade services happen on mobile. Every site we build is mobile-first, meaning we design for phones first, then scale up for tablets and desktops.
Do I own the website?
Yes. You own the domain, the hosting account, the content, and the code. If you ever want to take it to another developer, you can. No proprietary lock-in of any kind.

How much should I spend on Google Ads?
For most trade businesses, we recommend starting with at least $1,500 to $3,000 per month in ad spend (plus management fees). This gives us enough data to optimise effectively. We’ll tell you upfront if your budget is too low to get meaningful results.
How quickly will I see results from Google Ads?
You’ll typically see leads within the first week of campaigns going live. The first 2 to 4 weeks are about gathering data and optimising. By month 2, we’re usually hitting a rhythm with consistent lead flow and improving cost per lead.
What’s a free ads report?
We review your existing Google Ads account (or your market if you don’t have one) and give you a clear report showing what’s working, what’s wasting money, and the top priorities to fix. It’s free, there’s no obligation, and you keep the report regardless.
Do I own my Google Ads account?
Yes. We set up campaigns in your account, not ours. You have full access to everything at all times. If you ever decide to leave, you keep the account, the data, and the campaigns. Nothing is held hostage.

How long does SEO take to work?
SEO is a longer-term strategy. You’ll typically start seeing ranking improvements within 3 to 6 months, with meaningful lead flow building from month 6 onwards. The upside is that once you’re ranking, the leads keep coming without paying per click.
Can you guarantee page 1 rankings?
No, and anyone who does is lying to you. Google’s algorithm considers hundreds of factors and changes constantly. What we can guarantee is that we follow best practices, focus on the right keywords, and build your authority methodically. Our track record speaks for itself.
What’s the difference between SEO and Google Ads?
Google Ads puts you at the top of search results immediately, but you pay for every click. SEO gets you into the organic results below the ads, which takes longer but doesn’t cost per click once you’re there. Most of our clients do both.
Do I need a new website for SEO?
If your current site was built without SEO in mind, it’s almost always faster and cheaper to start fresh than to retrofit it. Our websites have SEO baked into the structure, the content, and the code from day one. You won’t need an SEO agency for at least the first nine months after launch. If your site is already solid, we can work with what you have.

What does Google Maps optimisation involve?
We optimise your Google Business Profile listing: categories, descriptions, service areas, photos, posts, and review strategy. We also build local citations and track your rankings across a 7-mile radius around your location using geo-grid tracking.
How long until I show up in the map pack?
We typically see results within 3 months. Some businesses see improvements sooner depending on competition and the current state of their listing. We track your position across your entire service area so you can see exactly where you’re showing up.
Do Google reviews really matter?
Yes. Reviews are one of the top ranking factors for Google Maps. More importantly, customers trust businesses with more reviews and higher ratings. We help you set up automated review requests so you’re consistently building your review count without chasing customers manually.

What CRM platform do you use?

What is AI SEO?
AI SEO (also called Generative Engine Optimisation) is about getting your business mentioned when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI for recommendations. “Who’s a good plumber in Sydney?” If you’re not optimised for AI, you won’t be in the answer.
Does the AI Call Bot actually sound real?
Yes. It uses natural language processing and realistic voice synthesis. It pauses, handles interruptions, and carries a natural conversation. Most callers won’t realise they’re speaking to an AI. And you choose the voice, tone, and personality.
Can the AI Call Bot make outbound calls?

How often will I hear from you?
We send weekly email updates with plain-English reporting: leads, calls, cost per lead, and what we changed that week. We also do monthly strategy calls to review performance and plan the next month. You’ll never be left wondering what’s happening.
What metrics do you report on?
The ones that matter: phone calls, form submissions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend. We don’t pad reports with impressions, reach, or other vanity metrics. If it doesn’t turn into a job, we don’t celebrate it.
Can I call you if I have a question?
Yes. We’re a small team and we’re accessible. You can call, email, or text us. We don’t hide behind ticketing systems or make you wait 48 hours for a response.
